Corkscrewed -- Adventures in the New French WineCountry, by Robert Camuto, a series of vignettes by an ex-patriate American who moved to France to live the good life in 2001. I have found almost every story to be interesting and enjoyable.

Paul Romero, I think you would probably like this. Let me know, and I'll send it to you when I'm finished.

A biased, myopic and painfully obvious bent in my opinion.

I will be curious as to your take.

I'm curious to what you thought was myopic, obvious and biased.

The Wise Man's Fear- Patrick Rothfuss

awesome series so far

sorry i missed yer previous

but there's one more called The Warded Man

it's definitely not as well written as Rothfuss but the storyl line is just as interesting

Warded man takes closer to Jordan's works though.

Old favorite is the 要么iginal Terry brook's Shennara line

and Feist's Magician/Apprentice series

Fun FUN book, and a fair and accurate walk through the art world over the last generation.

Martin is a very serious collector and has played at the very highest level for decades.

Just finished the book. Very interesting read, I felt like I got a taste of what the art industry is like.

Given his start as an over the top comedian, it's hard to believe his breadth of accomplishments.
